The treatment uses important acupressure points together with specific massage techniques on the face, head and neck to help alleviate the signs of ageing. The intention is to increase blood and lymph flow, so boosting the supply of nutrients and removal of waste, releasing tension in the facial muscles and smoothing expression lines. The treatment can also help with face and head issues including headaches, insomnia and sinus congestion, although for major sinus issues I recommend my special sinus treatment. Clients are shown points to work for themselves between sessions together with facial exercises that take only a few minutes yet can significantly enhance the treatments and promote longer-lasting effects.
